Pricing questions

Is there really no credit card required for the trial?

Correct. You get 14 days to explore everything in the plan — no card, no commitment. We'll remind you before the trial ends so there are no surprises.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade instantly at any time and you're charged the pro-rated difference. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle — your current access continues until then.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays in the system for 60 days after cancellation so you can export anything you need. After 60 days it's permanently deleted. We never hold your data to ransom.

Are Stripe fees included in the plan price?

Stripe's own processing fees (typically 1.4% + 20p for European cards) are charged by Stripe directly to your account — they're not part of TravelSpurt's pricing. TravelSpurt charges a small platform fee on payments processed through the app; this is shown transparently before you connect Stripe.

Do my guests or guides need a TravelSpurt account?

No. Guests receive payment links and shareable itinerary links — no login. Guides receive a Trip Pack link that works in any mobile browser with no account required. Only your team members need seats.

What currencies do you support?

TravelSpurt currently processes payments in USD via Stripe. GBP and EUR support is on the roadmap. Your plan pricing is billed in GBP. If you need multi-currency now, talk to us about Enterprise.
